The rebound idea definitely resonates… I rebounded today with a hike in the woods with a friend. Love those friend hikes!

Yeah. Getting it into your calendar is the critical part. Along with the mindset work of convincing yourself that you've done enough to "earn" it, and that doing this will make you so much more "productive" and peaceful / kind / creative the rest of the week!!😇

Haha YES, Mary, excellent thinking. I put a recurring weekly “Rebound” block into my Monday afternoons for now. With all I’ve got going on the weekends, I feel like this will be clutch!
